Before you write
Do I need a sailing licence?
Only for bareboat charters. Skippered and crewed charters include a licensed professional — no experience needed.
What is included in the weekly price?
The yacht, crew wages, insurance and fuel for up to 4 hours a day on sailing yachts. Food, drinks, marina fees and fuel for motor yachts are covered by the APA (usually 30% of the charter fee).
When is the best time to sail?
June and September are warm with lighter winds. July and August bring the meltemi — exhilarating sailing, sheltered routes on the Saronic side.
Can we change the route during the week?
Of course. The planner is a starting point; your captain adapts daily to weather and to how you are feeling.
Is there a deposit?
50% on booking and the balance six weeks before embarkation. Cancellation insurance is available.
